Family Enrichment Center

Programs & Services

She’s your neighbor down the street, struggling to protect her children in an abusive relationship. He’s the boy in your child’s class who is neglected at home. She’s the single mother at your church battling a terminal illness. They’re the grandparents who unexpectedly find themselves raising their grandchildren after tragedy strikes.

These are just a few of the families we serve—and the reason the Family Enrichment Center (FEC) was founded in 1992 by the College Hill Church of God in Christ. For over 30 years, we’ve responded to the needs of vulnerable children and caregivers in our community with compassion, integrity, and a commitment to family stability.

Today, the Family Enrichment Center offers a range of family-centered, culturally responsive programs designed to empower caregivers, support youth, and strengthen communities across Hillsborough County. Our services are grounded in the belief that every family deserves access to the resources they need to thrive.

We currently offer the following programs:

  • W.E. Davis Family Support Center – A community hub for family support groups, workshops, and events
  • Kinship Care – Serving grandparents and relatives who are raising children
  • Autism Is Real (A.I.R.) – In-home developmental support for neurodivergent children
  • Motivated Minds – A youth empowerment program focused on leadership and life skills
  • Summer STEAM Program – Hands-on summer learning in science, technology, engineering, arts, and math

Whether you’re a caregiver, a parent, or a community partner, FEC is here to walk alongside you—offering tools, encouragement, and hope every step of the way.
