Christine Shaw serves as the Program Manager for Autism Is Real at the Family Enrichment Center. With a deep commitment to advocacy and child development, Christine leads a multidisciplinary team that supports neurodivergent children and their families through home-based services, parent coaching, and sensory interventions.

Under her leadership, the A.I.R. program provides culturally responsive developmental screenings, family-centered support, and early interventions that promote inclusion, understanding, and long-term success. Christine ensures that each family receives personalized attention and guidance rooted in compassion, respect, and best practices in the field of autism care.

Her work reflects FEC’s mission to meet families where they are and to champion the strengths and needs of every child, especially those facing developmental and social-emotional challenges.
