Robert E. Davis 

Robert Davis serves as the Operations Director for the Enhanced Kinship Care Program at the Family Enrichment Center. Since joining the agency in 2007, Mr. Davis has played a pivotal role in supporting relative caregivers—particularly grandparents and extended family members—who are raising children due to family crisis or disruption.

With a strong foundation in education and counseling, Robert holds a Master of Arts in Guidance and Counseling (K–12) and an Educational Specialist degree (Ed.S.) in Educational Leadership, both from the University of South Florida. Prior to joining FEC, he served as an educator in the Hillsborough County School District and later as a Program Administrator at USF.

At FEC, Mr. Davis oversees the day-to-day operations of the Kinship Care Program, supervising direct care staff and ensuring quality service delivery through family assessments, treatment planning, and ongoing caregiver support. His leadership is guided by a deep commitment to preserving family systems and ensuring that caregivers have the tools, training, and community connection they need to thrive.
