This year, The Family Enrichment Center celebrates 16 years of helping vulnerable children and families in crisis throughout Hillsborough County. In honor of the hundreds of foster mothers and fathers, grandparents and other relative caregivers, mentors and advocates who have opened their homes and their hearts to provide a safe and nurturing environment for children in need, the agency will officially launch its “16 Ways You Can Help” awareness campaign during May 2008, which is National Foster Care Month.
